Poor follow up Problem still unresolved

I have done one of these reviews before. This response is an extension of what I’ve said before. The people who are supposed to call me to set up service for a specific project I have needed repair for since May 2023 never follow up. as of today December 28, 2023. This problem is still unsolved. On December 6 2023 a man came out to my house to size up the project and said he’d forward it to someone who would call me. No one from the Modern Comfort arm of your company has called me yet and that’s been over 3 weeks ago. Please be aware that I am researching other companies and will withdraw all of my business, Modern Comfort oil and propane from Tevis. It is too difficult to be your customer. I find it very difficult to believe you’re still in business.

I really like your payment plan where I can pay it up front and lock in the price for the entire season. It really offsets the big "fill my tank" cost.

Great Service, Very accomodating

When we ran out of oil right before the weather turned bitterly cold recently, Tevis got a truck out with our oil the day after I called. Things would have been very cold here if they had not responded as quickly as they did. We are very thankful and very happy with Tevis service and wonderful staff.
